Job Description

ResourcerWe are recruiting for a Resourcer to join our onsite team providing agency colleagues to leading supermarket retailer in Tamworth, B77 5PR. If you are looking to start a career in Recruitment please apply today!Details:

  • Salary: £23,000 per annum
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday, 40 hours between 8am and 6pm. Flexibility may be required and some weekends may be required in peak periods.
  • Location: Tamworth B77 5PR
    • Role of a Resourcer:
  • Liaising with Marketing team to post adverts on job boards
  • Creating and monitoring social media adverts
  • Pre-Screening Applicants
  • Recruiting & Interviewing new candidates for warehouse operative roles
  • Confirming training plans with the candidates
  • Ensuring compliance in all areas
  • Completing admin requests from candidates and colleagues
  • Supporting the onsite team with payroll and KPI reports as needed
    • Skills & Experience Needed:
  • Able to speak in front of large groups of people
  • Strong communication skills, liaising with workforce & management
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous relevant experience
  • Good time management skills to deliver targets within deadlines
  • PC literate with experience of Excel, Outlook, Word & Powerpoint
  • Flexibility in hours to support business requirements and attend meetings / training if required
