The team is passionate about creating a stimulating and inclusive environment thatsupports each childs unique development journey.Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and education, ensuring the well-being and development of each child. The roles we are recruitingfor can be very flexible to your search, whether it is part-time or full time, as well as day to day or long term!This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic Nursery in Wilnecote!Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that stimulate childrens development and curiosity.
  • Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for all children in your care.
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments to track individual progress and plan tailored learning experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open and effective communication.
  • Support childrens personal hygiene routines and dietary requirements.
  • Promote positive behavior management techniques and encourage social and emotional development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment, both indoors and outdoors.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Valid DBS check and relevant safeguarding training.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and committed to providing the best possible care for children.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.
