Job Description

Start Date: 1st September 2020Pay: G4 P11-15 (FTE £17,783-£19,069)Endeavour MAT Grade 4 Point 11-15 (Actual salary £15,737-£16,875)37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (i.e. term time + 3 weeks)September 2020.We are seeking to employ an experienced Administrator to join a busy and friendly school office. Duties will include managing staff cover/absences, pupil attendance, health & safety/medical administration as well as being a team player and supporting the main office.The ideal candidate will:

  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment,
  • have a confident, friendly and professional manner and who can communicate effectively with visitors, colleagues, governors, parents and pupils (incl. face to face, telephone and electronic communication),
  • have excellent IT skills and are confident using spreadsheets and accurate at word processing,
  • be able to work well as part of a hardworking team but can also work independently on their own initiative,
  • be experienced in office procedures and ideally school systems within a secondary school setting.
