Start Date: September 2021 Pay: Negotiable depending upon experienceEndeavour MAT is looking for an exceptional leaderto oversee the next phase in this growing Multi Academy Trust. This is anincredibly exciting time for the Trust and we need someone who can provideexceptional leadership in all matters academic, commercial, financial, andpastoral. Our new CEO will be a strategist charged withshaping and influencing the future Trust direction and with instilling ourvision and ethos throughout the organisation. The CEO role also incorporatesthe role of Accounting Officer. Our ideal candidate will:

Work to embed the Trusts vision and ethos, and toachieve the Trusts strategic objectives

Ensure that all our schools are thriving andsuccessful places where our students can be challenged to reach their fullpotential

Identify and implement opportunities for thegrowth and development of the Trust, and for the continual development of our staff

Act as the key figurehead for the Trust, and be aninfluential leader of education within the local area

We therefore need someone who has:

Experience of managing multiple schools as eitherExecutive Head/ CEO, or a proven track record as a highly experienced andsuccessful Headteacher with system leadership experience;

Sound understanding of academy finances and thereporting expectations for Charitable Trusts;

A track record of delivering school improvementsand building effective Senior Leadership Teams;

Strong communication skills and an ability toinfluence a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally;

A clear, driven, and supportive approach to thedelivery of education and an understanding of its importance to thecommunity.
