The company offers room for growth and advancement in the next step of your career.The Role:Our client looking for an experienced TIG welder with a proven track record in precision welding and a strong background in manufacturing.This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team within a specialist manufacturing company who make cutting edge equipment.Our client is looking for a detail-oriented TIG Welder who can contribute to their innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG welding to the highest standards of quality and precision
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating machinery such as guillotines, presses, and saws, ensuring accurate and efficient production processes.
  • Interpret and work from 2D and 3D drawings, translating design specifications into finished products with a keen eye for detail.
  • Collaborate effectively within a small team, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • Adapt to sudden changes in manufacturing plans, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills to ensure timely project completion.
  • Utilise your experience in prototyping to contribute to the development of new and innovative product designs.
  • Optionally, utilise your experience in team leadership to manage and guide a small team of 3-4 individuals.
Qualifications:
  • 5 Years Fabricating experience (preferred)
  • City & Guild Welding & Fabrication or similar (preferred)
