We are looking to recruit an experienced Patient Navigator & Administrator to join our team.Working part time,16 hours per week minimum, you will need initiative, intelligence, excellent communication skills, empathy and discretion; dealing with challenges will be part of every day. We welcome applications from individuals who can meet the demands of a busy, public facing role and who can evidence experience within Primary Care and have an understanding of the General Practice environment. Our two partner medical practice is centrally located within the village of Whitwick, and is easily accessible with links to major road networks and public transport. We care for approximately 3600 patients.
