The Commercial division of SF Group are currently working with a well known business in North Leicester to recruit an Administrator to join the business on a temporary basis. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for identifying customer requirements to ensure delivery of goods to meet customer demands. Our client is looking for the right candidate to start asap. You will report into the Logistics Manager and be responsible for: - Negotiating delivery times - Investigation of customer queries - Building relationships with suppliers and customers in order to plan for future orders and utilising additional capacity - Advising customers of their delivery status - Maintain and update accurate dispatch information to customers and drivers at all times - Customer complaints You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the exceptional approach to problem solving and dealing with customers on a daily basis. As well as this you will need excellent IT skills, including knowledge of MS Office and SAP ideally.
