If you wish to become part of one the largest Motor Retailers within the UK, then please take a look at whatwe can offer you.We are offering a basic salary of £26,500 with an OTE of £29,000 plus an excellent range of Company benefits.About the RoleThe Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isnt just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationshipmanager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up sellingadditional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.About YouThe successful candidate will ideally have previous Service Advisor experience gained from within Motor Retail. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentwhilst meeting targets and deadlines. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills and have a proactive approach to customer service.If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. Depending on the role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history.
