Call Centre Advisor in ChesterfieldRotational shift Pattern, 8am4.30pm & 11am8pm, Monday to SundayThe nations largest car buying service is looking to expand our teams with people with bubbly personality and want to start a career.We are looking for hardworking, outgoing, conscientious individuals with a real passion for customer service and the drive to succeed.Role overview:As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be the first port of call for customers. The main purpose will be to ensure that customers have a world-class experience from the moment they have booked an appointment at any one of our 370 (and growing) retail branches.Main Duties:- Develop and maintain relationships with our customers to ensure that the highest level of service is delivered at all times.- To provide a single point of contact for customers taking ownership for delivering first call resolution at every opportunity.- Outbound calls to confirm customer appointments or rescheduling cancelled appointments.- Taking inbound calls from customers regarding any enquiries such as branch location, correct documentation to bring etc.- Working to KPIs and business objectives.- Working on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am & 8pm - Monday to Sunday, shift times are 8am4.30pm &/or 11am - 8pmRole Requirements:- A great communicator and enthusiastic about helping customers.- A passionfor starting a career- Computer literate.- Be resilient and can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
