The RoleAre you someone who is passionate about systems and complianceAt Saint-Gobain Isover we are looking for an Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Coordinator to support compliance with our ISO Certifications. This role will be an integral part of our team at Runcorn, and within Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions.Saint-Gobain Isover is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brands and is the worldwide leader in insulation solutions with 10,000 people in more than 30 countries supported by 49 production sites.What were looking for:Essential on entry

Demonstrable understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 Management Systems
Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships
Process-orientated approach with a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work
Strong administration, time management and organisational skills with experience of managing multiple concurrent projects
Ability to work autonomously

Essential in role

Travel within the UK may be required on occasion
Experience with Microsoft 365
Knowledge and understanding of continuous improvement methods

What you will be doing

Working with stakeholders to identify the root cause of issues, and to develop and progress action plans
Supporting regulatory visits and audits
Working with the Site Training Coordinator to facilitate and deliver training where required
Collaborating with the Site Leadership Team to improve the local integrated management system
