  • Responsible for development and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System working closely with UK General Manager, EU Quality Team, UK Support Manager, Financial Controller and National Sales Manager to improve and/or develop SOP’s andto drive continued improvements to customer satisfaction level.
  • Continuous monitoring of Quality Tickets raised via the Ticket Management System
  • Continuous monitoring of Customer Dissatisfaction levels and identification of improvement initiatives together with functional managers
  • KPI reporting in line with Quality Objectives
Sales Administration
  • Responsible for managing all cost proposals and review for tender submissions, review of all tender submissions prior to UK GM Sign off.
  • Responsible for managing all mini competitions via Managed Service Providers and NHS Supply Chain
  • Responsible for obtaining quotations from 3rd party suppliers e.g. Bio Asia for BioConnect licensing costs
  • Responsible for keeping information updated on portals for tenders & mini competitions
  • Responsible for timely submissions of all tenders
  • Project Management for SharePoint as an internal resource
  • Provision of training for all UK employees on various elements of SharePoint relative to individual roles.
  • Involved in the development and ongoing commitment for the companies Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy working with UK General Manager, EU Quality Team, Financial Controller, UK Support Manager and National Sales Manager
Reporting Relationships
  • Reports directly to the UK General Manager
  • Interacts with all levels of Sales, Support, Finance and EU QA
  • Interacts with customers and suppliers both via the telephone, email and onsite visits where required.
Expectations:It is expected that time is allocated appropriately between the responsibilities of the QAR and Sales Administrator, typically 50% of available time to each, although this may differ throughout the year depending on the demands of the business.Requirements:
  • ISO 9001:2015 Implementation and internal auditing training
  • Ability to prioritise workload and operate under pressure
  • Experience of working with intranet database systems for document control; SharePoint experience is preferable
  • Demonstrable Microsoft Excel skills
  • Attention to detail
