Job Description

Would you relish the challenge of working with 3 high profile Olympic athletes and their teams on a range of expanding and forward-thinking businessesAre you an experienced People Manager, capable of being at the forefront of providing a comprehensive and professional human resources service to their managers and employeesIf youve answered yes, then read on - this opportunity is not to be missed!Our Olympians are using their sporting passion to bring high quality swimming and gymnastics lessons to over 30,000 thousand children each week and a growing workforce, expanding from a stronghold in the North West to regions nationwide.Youll lead the development of the human resource aspects of the organisation, contribute to the achievement of company objectives, and play an important part in the People team.Reporting into the Head of People and Culture, this role will drive the future HR strategy and innovation of the business and deliver an operational day to day HR service in line with their people strategy.Youll provide expertise to the management team to help recruit, train, develop and retain the leading talent in leisure, ensuring the businesses have a thriving and high-quality workforce to achieve customer excellence, becoming the Employer of Choice inthe industry.Your proven track record as an HR manager or senior HR executive in a generalist role, is accompanied by either a CIPD qualification (minimum level 5) or a Degree in Human Resources, outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicateprofessionally.Youll welcome the opportunity for flexible working and be able to operate productively at home as well as having the capability to travel to the Head Office in Manchester on occasions.
