Finance Business Partner (Operations) - Part TimeBased: North ManchesterSalary: £50k-60k dependent on experience + bonus + benefits + opportunities for progressionMy client is a well-established, growing SME based in North Manchester. With recent investment, the business are forecasting 20% year on year growth with a 5 year plan looking to triple their business revenues. Opening a brand new office, more sustainable manufacturing plant and with plans to continue their growth, a role has been created due to internal promotionWe are looking for a commercially focused Business Partner to join the finance team, this role will support the manufacturing arm of the business focusing on stock management, labour recovery and machine efficiencesRole:

Working closely with the Operations Director to ensure company delivers a first-class operations division
Full responsibility for operations P&L including budget, forecasting and month end close
Management of stock costing and stock valuation for the business
Maintenance of all BOMs in the system including annual standard cost updates, working closely with supply chain
Monitoring purchase price variances working with supply chain to keep to minimum
Monitoring operation & labour variances, working with the Supply Chain Director to understand variances and limit deviations
Management of capex approval process ensuring all expenditure meets
Responsible for fixed asset register and asset finance schedules
Supporting finance director and Supply Chain Director to ensure continued success of the departments and wider business

Experience:

ACCA/CIMA qualified with commercial exposure
Proven experience dealing with finance and non-finance stakeholders
Operations/Manufacturing experience essential
Strong analytical skills and able to work autonomously
Looking for Part Time 3 days role with flexibility
