We are looking for someone to fit in our fast paced office environment. This is an important role within the Central Admin team - you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of the busy team and use your initiative. The idealcandidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in administration and will be capable of using Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook & Excel, with confidence.You will be responsible for:Assisting the Trade Sales Department - Order processing and customer queries, creating purchase orders and proforma invoices.Assisting the Service Delivery Department - Booking and confirming collections and deliveries for large corporate clients, liaising with the account managers on a daily basis. You will need to have an excellent, professional telephone manner as you willhave to communicate with a number of clients and couriers on a daily basis.Assisting the Online Sales Department - Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person, creating and sending purchase orders via email.You will also be liaising with Ops/Warehouse daily. This includes monitoring pallet intake using the warehouse calendar, assisting the Warehouse Manager with any courier escalations, returns and any other ad hoc tasks.You will be expected to answer incoming calls for all departments and directing them to the correct person/team. We use a bespoke database system which you will be fully trained on using. As part of a busy office environment, you will be expected to carryout other duties as and when required, not limited to those detailed.Excellent rate of pay, with additional employee benefits.
