Job Description

Pure are delighted to be supporting this incredibly well-established and valued organisation, with the recruitment of a Retail Administrator to join their Pricing Team. This opportunity offers a welcoming environment within pretty surroundings, and thechance to become an integral part of a successful team. You will support the Pricing and Category teams, providing accurate and timely pricing and product updates, as well as general administration.*Due to location, somebody with their own transport is essential.*30 hours per week, Tuesday to FridayHybrid (combination of home & office)Ample free parking on-sitePrinciple Accountabilities:

  • Assist with products and pricing updates relating to stock, pricing and EPOS systems including promotional items and Sourced Locally products.
  • Occassionally visiting stores, to maintain accuracy of pricing and promotions.
  • Provide responses to queries relating to pricing and products, in a timely manner.
  • Investigate customer complaints related to pricing and products.
  • General administration support to the Pricing and Category Teams
Skills & Behaviours
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent communciation, both verbally and written.
  • Proactive, with the ability to use own initiative.
  • Team player, flexibility.
  • Experience in a Retail environment including an understanding of pricing and promotions is desirable.
  • A questioning mindset seeking to continuously improve the quality of your work.
  • Able to work flexibly, organise your time and consistently meet your deadlines
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and make best use of new IT resources as they become available.
