Deputy Manager (Registered Nurse) ReferencePRI37299LocationThe Orwell, Redgate House, Vicarage Lane, Wherstead, Ipswich, IP92AEAre you a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager looking for a new challengeThe priory group is currently looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our service The Orwell.The service provides 24-hour nursing, including palliative and respite care for the elderly.As the Deputy Manager you will have previous experience working in a deputy manager position with a RGN Registration and current pinwith knowledge and experience in the requirements of the service users.As a Deputy Manager you will be working alongside the Registered Manager and will be required to assist with the line management of a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators.As Deputy Manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the service to the highest standards, ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.The Priory Group offers structured career pathways, with many opportunities within the group and expanding supported living units.
