Job Description

  • Location - Weston - Near Norwich
  • 2 positions available - One of these positions could have accommodation with it.
    1. JOB PURPOSE
    Looking after the welfare of all birds on your farm.Follow all company welfare guidelines.Ensure all daily work is completed to a high standard.Some heavy lifting will be required.You will be working within a small farm team.Weekend working required.On the job training will be provided.
    1. KEY RESPONSABILITIES
    Ensure the best welfare standards are followed & implemented.To be able to work in a structured manner.Undertake daily stockperson duties.Maintaining flock records.Completing daily welfare checks.Complying with all farm assurance standards.Following all H&S guidelines.Bedding up.
    1. KEY SKILLS
    Excellent timekeeping.Team player.The ability to drive / operate farm machinery would be an advantageHealth and safety conscientious.The willingness to learn new things.The willingness to work within a farm environment.Good communication skills. Required skills
