Job Description

Payroll Accountant - £27,000 - £29,000REED Accountancy and Finance in Norwich are delighted to be working with a well-known business in Norfolk to recruit for a Payroll Accountant to join their small, close-knit finance team on a fixed term contract for 15 months. The role will focus primarily on processing of company payroll and assisting with monthly management accounts.This business operates a full time, office-based working set up. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced accounts candidate with payroll and management accounts experience to join a warm and friendly environment.Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

Monthly payroll for approximately 150 staff
Bank reconciliations
Assisting with preparation of monthly Management Accounts
Positing Journals
Cashiering
Costing

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous payroll and management accounts experience necessary.
Ability to take own initiative.
Ability to work well within a team.
