All our roles are hybrid with the need to only come intothe office 1 day a week giving you a great work life balance!Here at Talos360 we are keen to add to our top development team by bringing on a UI Designer.The UI designer will design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. As a User Interface Designer, youll help improve the usability and adoption of our products by developing and delivering exciting new User Experience andUser Interface enhancements.Using your UI expertise, youll create design concepts, mock-ups and prototypes to validate product changes before theyre implemented and develop user journey maps to enable users to complete tasks efficiently.As the UI Designer you will be responsible for:

  • Driving improved utilisation of value-add features for our cloud-based software
  • Create high fidelity designs and support development team implementation
  • Improve visual formatting and layouts making the product more desirable to more users
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboarding and user flows
  • Working with the Business Analyst to convert business requirements into functional designs
  • Using Figma to create and update the design system
To be in with a chance of joining our cutting-edge team, as a UI Designer you should have experience across most of the following:
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Background in arts/design a strong advantage
  • Creative content writing experience would be a great benefit
  • Experience in areas including UI Design and Illustrations
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and a proven understanding of responsive design
  • Experience creating low fidelity Wireframes
  • An understanding of HTML and CSS would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of current design trends
  • Great communication skills
