Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales has arisen for our client, who are a dynamic company within the IT Network Solutions industry.You will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our sales team and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.Company Benefits· 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.· Full company training provided.· Health Cashplan with additional perks such as discounts and retailers.· Bonus scheme.As Internal Sales your duties will be;· Develop a detailed understanding of the Products & services, to allow you to talk confidently with customers & suppliers.· Be the first point of contact for Customers when the Sales Team are not available.· Keep track of timescales on projects & ensure that product is onsite on time.· Develop a relationship with suppliers & obtain quotes as required.· Work on quotes & bids with the sales team & ensure all responses are followed up.· Keep track of costings on jobs/projects.· Ensure jobs are invoiced in a timely manner.· Follow up with customers after the job to check the customer is satisfied.· Performing data entry duties with regards to sales figures, metrics, and other key data.· Updating customer records with new contact details and notes on support interactions.· Continually seek to develop commercial awareness and the wider implications on actions and decisions internally & externally.The successful Internal Sales will have the following skills;· Must have experience within sales and customer service preferably in an IT or Telecoms background.· Excellent rapport building skills with customers and colleagues.· Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.· Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.· High quality administration skills.
