Job Description

Do you have experience in mortgages, conveyancing or property Podium Recruitment Limited is looking for a full-time Mortgage Paraplanner in Warrington, the full-time role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will deliver exceptional service, working closely with internal departments and directors to make fair and responsible decisions based on customer information swiftly and diligently. Accurately prepare suitability reports and letters to target deadlines
Ensure all client work is compliant and supported with relevant paperwork
Undertake comparative research in preparation of client recommendations
Complete technical research as part of the existing arrangement review process
Discuss client objectives with the relevant Mortgage and Protection Advisors, identifying and obtaining necessary client information to prepare the necessary suitability checks.
