Job Description

The role is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assist with the smooth running of the day-to-day sales activities. You will be on the front line of the business, understanding the needs of external customers who call in via phoneWorking hours: 0900-1700 hrs with - 1 hr unpaid lunch breakDuties:

  • Processing a growing volume of product orders
  • Dealing with requests and updating the company system
  • Checking prices are up to date
  • Taking customer queries over the phone & emails
  • Communicating internally with important feedback from customers
  • Dealing with emails
  • Sending out invoices and other paperwork
  • Updating customer records
  • Checking stock/stocktaking
  • Organising, checking & chasing up deliveries
  • Providing after-sales support
  • Training will be given
