Site Installation / Modular / Hire Fleet Support Operative (In Training) – West Horndon, EssexSalary – £27,500 per annum plus Company VehicleHours: 41.5 hours per week 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am – 4pm FridayThe ClientOur client are an expanding and long established cabin hire and manufacturing company with depots based at Manchester, Nottingham and Essex. Due to increasing workloads and an ever-growing order book they are currently recruiting a Site Installation / Modular / Hire Fleet Support Operative to join the expanding team working out of our Essex Depot. (Full training will be provided)The RoleThe Job Holder will provide a site supervisory role to co-ordinate, install, dismantle and repair site set ups of units on hire or sold to clients. In addition, the Job Holder will assist with preparation and repairs of the company’s products within the Southern Region.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Attend client sites to co-ordinate, install, dismantle and repair site set ups of units.Using Site Survey Form, collage all information and photographs required to ensure the works are planned efficiently and safely.Attend project meetings to discuss and co-ordinate the installation/removal of the company’s products.Attend and instruct inductions on site, instruct staff and sub-contractors on site regarding the installation/removal of the company’s products.Ensure Health and Safety Certifications are in date.Ensure all additional works are approved by Head Office.Organise and prioritise materials and equipment required at each site.Proactively build and maintain customer relationships.Driving to client sites.Essential:The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication and customer relationship skills with appropriate 2 years’ on-site experience.Due to the nature of the work, it is important that you can work flexibly and remain calm under pressure to meet competing demands and clients’ specific needs.A good working knowledge of health and safety procedures and guidelines is paramount to this role.A CSCS card is essential, however experience within a similar organisation, specialist skills e.g. joiner/fitter, CPCS slinger signaller NVQ, IPAF and PASMA are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.Benefits:
