We are looking for an individual that can thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a key player on our exciting journey.What will I doThe role of Purchase Ledger Administrator is to ensure that all supplier invoices are received and inputted accurately onto the ledger.This role is responsible for the accurate and timely payment of all suppliers to ensure that our supply chain is uninterrupted and that we maintain good working relations with all of our suppliers.The role also includes monitoring and reporting compliance with the company procurement process.Key Responsibilities Ensure all invoices are processed upon receipt and scanned onto the ledger in a timely mannerReconcile supplier statements and raise disputes upon receipt Take ownership and resolve all disputed invoices Report on any process/system issues that are causing disputed invoicesEnsure all invoices follow the company procurement and approval process and report areas of non-complianceWhy usTVL Group comprises of several business divisions involved with the design, manufacture and fitting of vehicle security and vehicle accessories, primarily in the commercial vehicle sector.TVL Security is the UKs premier supplier of vehicle security products, designing, manufacturing and installing physical security products to deter and combat the ever-changing modes of attack used by vehicle thieves.
