Job Description

The Harkalm Group are a leading UK property investment and development company specialising in the retail, convenience, roadside and educational sectors. They acquire, asset manage and invest long-term across the UKs high streets and out of town roadsidelocations.As the business is expanding, The Harkalm Group are looking to appoint another Investment Surveyor with a proven track record, who can assist the team with sourcing new assets for acquisition. The Investment Surveyor duties will include but not be limited to the following:

Communicating and building relationships with investment agents.
Valuing investment opportunities.
Negotiate the purchase of new acquisitions.
Assist with the legal process and communicate with our in-house solicitor.
Provide assistance and work closely with other members of the investment and development teams.

Ideal candidate:

Experience in the commercial property industry.
A thorough understanding of commercial investment values, particularly in the retail sector.
A significant network within the commercial property industry
The ability and personality to work well within a team.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
