Experienced Facilities Manager required for professional services firm with multiple offices in Hampstead area.Day to day management of team of receptionists, a facilities coordinator and facilities assistant/ handyperson.Direction of all hard and soft FM service contractors and security.Setting and auditing FM contractor KPIs and retendering contracts where appropriateAssurance to HSE legislation (IOSH/ NEBOSH essential)Management of office moves and refresh projectsProcurement of office furniture and consumablesLeading on sustainability issues.Management of relationships with company owners and multiple stakeholders/ divisional heads (and their PAs) within the business.The perfect candidate will be a traditional in-house FM with experience gained in small-medium sized, privately owned/ professional service businesses. Someone who is able to calmly manage client relationships and who is happy to be hands on when necessary.Crucially, we are looking for a proactive self-starter who can bring new ideas, structure and FM best practice and innovation to the role.A salary of £45k to £50k is offered with performance related bonus, contributory pension and package.Applications are welcomed from candidates with 3 years + in-house FM experience. A recognised H&S qualification is essential, IWFM qualifications and/ or membership is highly advantageous.
