Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a SAP (Order to Cash) professional to join a leading industrial and manufacturing organisation based in West Drayton. Carry out functional support and incident resolution.
Lead and/or contribute to projects of various sizes and complexity.
Work closely with the wider IT organization, assist colleagues worldwide during times of emergency where your skillset is applicable.
Maintain the organisational best practices of delivering a standard SAP solution. Strive to find the pre-delivered SAP answers to everyday problems.
Work closely with external vendors during project delivery, make sure vendors are following the organisations best practices.
Liaise very closely with other global IT team functions to contribute in delivery of global, scalable SAP solutions and functionality.
Stay up to date with SAP system updates and changes.

Profile

A strong understanding of Order to Cash.
Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in using and troubleshooting the SAP system.
Knowledge of retail industry standards and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
The ability to train and support users.
Strong collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
The ability to document system changes effectively.
