If you would like the opportunity to join one of the largest Motor Retailersin the UK, then this could be the role for you!We are offering a basic salary of £26,500 with an OTE of £29,000!About the RoleThe Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isnt just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationshipmanager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up sellingadditional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.About YouFor this role we are looking for you to have previous customer service advisor experience, ideally gained from within the automotive industry, but this is not essential. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance,as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. In addition, you will have time management skills and have a proactive approach to customer service.If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. Depending on the role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history.
