We are offering a fantastic basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £26,000 plus companybenefits and incredible career progression opportunities!About the RoleThe Service Advisor is one of the most important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isnt just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager betweenthe customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional productsand following up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.About YouTo be successful in the role it is essential that you have previous customer service experience and have an outgoing personality. In addition to this, you will need to be extremely well organised, able to multi-task and have the ability to manage a busy workload.Previous experience in motor industry would be advantageous. This role is full time, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and working 1 in 4 Saturdays however this can vary depending on business needs.What you can expectIf your application is successful we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us.
