About usDo you pride yourself on delivering fantastic customer service Here at Motorrad Sunderland, we are looking for a Product Genius to ensure our customers have a smooth transition between entering our showroom and being introduced to one of our Sales Executivesfor a professional presentation of motorcycles. This is a full time position and we are offering a basic salary of £23,000 alongside an OTE of £25,000 plus company benefits!About the RoleThis is a pro-active role where the first impression is critically important, from a polite and attentive welcome to walk-in customers to offering advice about products, specifications and even assist on configuration of the customers perfect motorcycle! Youwill become an expert in Motorrad products and be able to demonstrate this knowledge to customers as well as actively promoting Motorrad motorcycle clothing & accessories using social media. You will be required to maintain and dress motorcycle accessoriesand clothing area on a daily basis including all up to date pricing as well as being responsible for website stock maintenance ensuring photos of new and used motorcycles are kept up to date. The successful candidate will maintain BMW showroom standards withpoint of sale display and pricing and will liaise with BMW Motorrad on the latest offers ensuring great value for customers whilst ensuring strong margin and profit. You will be required to meet and greet all customers on arrival to the showroom and ensurethat their time at the showroom is an exceptional and enjoyable experience. You will also be required provide our customers with refreshments as well as being essential in assisting the sales executives deliver fantastic customer service.About YouWere looking for someone who has previous experience of working in a customer facing role. The ideal candidate will be competent across social media platforms as you will use it daily for dealership, motorcycle and staff related content. A Motorcycle licensewould be desirable but not essential. This would be a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to get into the Motor Trade.
