Job Description

This role is interviewing immediately so immediate applicants preferred but not essential.The goal is to have the right stock in the right place at the right timeTo oversee the safe receipt of all PO’s into the operation through supervision of the Goods In team.Prioritising inbound orders and ensuring the Goods In and Put Away process is followed in line with company guidelines. It Is imperative that all inbound stock is correctly checked for quality, quantity and documentation before items are located within stock holding bins.Key Accountabilities:

H&S SOP’s for areas of supervision

Ensuring all inbound checks are completed in line with agreed guidelines.

Ensuring that SKU’s are not mixed within bins prior to put away.

Ensuring that departmental KPI’s are achieved.

Communicating and ensuring that put away plans are executed accurately and efficiently

Scheduling and booking in of all PO’s with suppliers

Yard and vehicle control in line with the daily in bound bookingYou will have

Relevant experience in a fast-moving, high throughput manufacturing and fulfilment environment.

Understanding of linked operations such as Purchasing and Manufacturing.

Understanding and experience of ERP and WMS systems.

Demonstratable experience of team building and supervisory roles.
