Job Description

IT Change Manager – Hybrid 2 days | Wellington UK – Permanent PositionAgency Summary:The role can be reduced, in summary, as taking responsibility for providing guidance, management and governance of all IT Change Requests; from initial discussion through delivery and deployment to post-implementation review.

  • Ownership of IT Change Management; Policies, Processes, Procedures, Practices and Guidance.
  • Oversight and management of end-to-end IT Change Processes.
  • Risk assessment of changes to live estate.

Required EXP/Skills:
  • ITIL v4 qualified.
  • Demonstrable experience of IT Change Management, ideally in a diverse technical environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability and interest in analysing complex requirements, proposing solutions and gathering recommendations.
  • Skills/Knowledge in Risk Management.
