Job Description

Regulatory Officer (French-speaking) - 12 month FTC WellingtonSalary DOEThis is an opportunity to join an international, growing Cosmetics and Personal Care manufacturer to provide key regulatory support alongside the regulatory team based in France, managing coordination of regulatory checks and approvals as well as providing expert knowledge and support.Key Responsibilities

  • Answering enquiries on current and potential projects.
  • Prepare documentation.
  • Liaison with customers and internal teams with regulatory paperwork.
  • Ensuring all formulations submitted to customer comply with relevant legislations for each specific market, and in line with customer requirements.
  • Ensuring all new formulations are fully tested according to legislations for specified markets - safety assessment before first manufacture and notification management.
  • Providing R&D with completed customer regulatory data according to the critical path.
  • Liaison with suppliers.
  • Maintaining database to allow accurate formulation data such as INCI lists.
  • Artwork approval.
    • Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a personal care/cosmetics regulatory environment.
  • Knowledge of cosmetic/aerosol legislation.
  • As this is a role liaising and working alongside the dedicated French regulatory team, the candidate is required to be able to fluently speak French.
