Job Description

The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for a HR/ Office Manager to join our clients expanding team based in the Bridgend area.Salary: £30,000p.aHours of work: 37 hours per weekContract: PermanentJob description:-

  • To take charge of HR and Personnel issues at the factory and reporting to the General Manager.
  • To liaise with the management team to ensure employment contracts and legal issues are complied with to employ the workforce.
  • Required to help and assist the General Manager with Factory projects, liaising with suppliers for factory related items. (Fire / Security / Factory install).
  • Recruit qualified and talented candidates as per the company requirements.
  • Process payroll on a monthly basis using attendance records and data etc.
  • Manage employee performance and disciplinary as required.
  • Update documentation and policies to ensure compliance with UK law.
  • Maintain employee records to ensure eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Manage staff welfare through Monthly forums meetings suggestion boxes etc.
  • Provide career growth (learning & development) to the staff.
Skills required:-
  • Good communication skills (Telephone manner, interpersonal skills etc)
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in HR
  • Payroll experience
