Job Description

Consumer Relations Executive, Bridgend, Permanent & Full-timeOur Bridgend-based client are seeking to recruit a new team member to their office-based customer relations & sales team.Personal profile

  • Responsibilities
  • Process web orders.
  • Answer emails from general public regarding queries.
  • Answer telephone calls.
  • Reply to Letters sent in by consumers.
  • Take manual orders over the phone.
  • Record replacements sent on spreadsheet.
  • Record complaints on Product review spreadsheet.
  • Monitor Internet reviews.
  • Support with Organising and sending Product Samples - Whether for Sales team, Customer photography or internal Photography.
  • Aid in testing of new product samples.
  • Assist in Product Benchmarking.
  • Support with New Product Admin, (Including creating product codes, setting up forecast sheets with info from product managers, etc.)
  • Assist the Sales Manager on internet accounts.
  • This role provides variety and therefore, will require experience of similar responsibilities. There is a monthly bonus scheme in operation, in addition to the salary offered. There is staff parking on site. Required skills
