Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual with German Language Skills to join an excellent team with a well-established international luxury ladieswear brand as a Customer Services Coordinator, based full time in their Head Office in Sheffield.In this role you will Interact in both English and German, with customers to drive excellent customer service by responding to customers needs. Working directly with Sales Executives and Credit Control within an assigned geographical area. Undertaking theprocessing of orders, credits, returns and complaints.Key Accountabilities are:

  • Respond to customers requests in German and English in a prompt professional and friendly manner.
  • Strive to meet the departments KPIs
  • Build and maintain business relationship with customers
  • Ensure orders are processed promptly and accurately
  • Advise customers of stock availability and product information
  • Proactive in maintaining outstanding orders, contacting and advising customers, cancel orders if necessary and confirm in writing
  • Ensure that reported faulty garment complaints are valid before accepting return, raise Return
  • Ensure ordering shortage report is maintained, communicating shortages/late deliveries to
  • customers.
  • Provide general office support for designated Sales Representatives
  • Liaise with Credit Control on financial issues and requests
  • Liaise with Warehouse on despatch issues and requests
  • Opening of new accounts, closing accounts and handling of customer complaints
  • Tracking deliveries, producing PODs, liaising with UPS/courier
  • Ordering POS, brochures
  • Pricelist maintenance
  • Processing sample orders and obtaining product feedback.
General Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks and duties, providing information that may be required from time to time by other members of the sales and marketing team.
  • Comply with all company procedures and instructions.
  • Maintain and improve computer literacy and overall written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company health and safety policy.
  • To provide reception cover on a rota
  • To attend the in-house fit school to gain product knowledge
  • To receive and re-direct any info-mail calls, voicemails and emails as appropriate.
  • Assist with E-Commerce customer enquiries, issues and complaints
Salary: £24,000 per annumHours: 37.5hrs, 8:00am - 4:00pm.Benefits: 31 days holiday, which increases through service, 50% staff discount on all products and further benefits.
