Job Description

Are you looking to progress your admin career Are you looking to work for an exciting businessElement Recruitment are currently working with a commercially focused company in East Bristol.Who are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join their team and support the wider team with all Office Management needs. Due to the nature of the role you will need to work in the office.Up to £30,000, salary DOEYou will be

  • Arranging travel and accommodation booking for employees
  • Liaising with the external members to coordinate repairs to office equipment across multiple sites
  • Answering and redirecting calls received to the central phone
  • Maintaining and managing office stock supplies across multiple sites, including placing orders and maintaining inventory level
  • Setting up and managing maintenance of all IT equipment for all staff
  • Managing and routing office communications, including posting and receiving mail on behalf of the organisation
  • Manage reception area, welcome and look after visitors
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Supporting with organisational team events, including organising catering
  • Organise company diary
  • Organise the onboarding process for all new starters and training for all employees
  • First aid and fire marshal for multiple sites (training will be provided)
You will have:
  • Experience in dealing with confidential records
  • Expereince with Microsoft software applications e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High levels of professionalism
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • The ability to manage expectations of various stakeholders to a high standard
