Job Description

My client are currently looking for an experienced Workshop Service Engineer responsible for undertaking maintenance, servicing and repairs on our range of load handling equipment, including truck mounted forklifts (TMF), truck mounted cranes, forestry and recycling cranes as well as demountables and skip loaders.The role reports to the Service Foreman, and is located at our workshop in Cumbernauld.Salary £27,000 basic, plus overtimeMain tasks and responsibilities:

Preparing machines for delivery

Mechanical and electrical repairs

Hydraulic and Pneumatic repairs - must have schematics experience

Servicing to manufacturers standards

Fabricating modifications

Day to day safe operation of workshop keeping clean and tidy.
