The Senior ERP Process Analyst will design, document, govern and enhance all processes on the chosen ERP solution, IFS10.A relatively greenfield site, this person will have plenty autonomy and a chance to improve ERP related processes across the entire business. This is a hybrid role, requiring someone to be based in the office in Lanarkshire 3 days per week, 2 days from home.Responsibilities of the Senior ERP Process Analyst:- Ensure all business processes on IFS (process maps, work instructions) are documented- Support the maintenance of the standards and methodology for process documentation - Be a super-user for process systems and tools including Visio- Facilitate workshops with SMEs and process owners- Assess as is processes across entities which do not utilise IFS10 and align these with the process framework- Support the development and implementation of an ERP governanceBackground of the Senior ERP Process Analyst:- Extensive experience working as a process analyst is absolutely essential- Lot of experience in process mapping, documentation, governance etc required.
