Job Description

Role: Cinnabon Bakery ManagerLocation: Wanstead, E12 5HH **NEW STORE OPENING!**Hours: Full-Time Contract / PermanentSalary: £25,500Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive!Please note, to be hired for this role you are required to successfully pass a DBS check, which will be funded by EG Group.What will my role look like As a Cinnabon Store Manager you are in charge of all aspects of the store including:

  • Motivating, coaching & training your team
  • Meeting sales & profitability targets
  • Banking & finance duties
  • Stock take & deliveries
  • Ensuring the store looks vibrant with a great atmosphere
  • Ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service every time
This isnt a back office job, so prepare to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in with the making, baking & frosting of our famous products & beverages! You will be the Cinnabon expert and you will ensure that all items are finished to the highest heavenlystandards!
