Basic salary of £40k

Lettings Manager Duties:

Researching the market to drive and increase on lettings market share

Ensuring maximum business opportunities are followed through
You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and get out / hit the phones to win/retain business
Negotiating and liaising between tenants and landlords
Lead and business generation
Manage the team and set clear structures for the day
Ensure the office runs smoothly
Ensure that compliance is followed during move in process
Deal with maintenance on your personal portfolio and organise relevant inventories, check in, check outs, and deposit resolutions accordingly
Serving of notices and arranging renewals on your portfolio as needed

Working Hours

Monday to Friday working and only 1 in 5 Saturdays

What do we need from you to become the new Lettings Manager here

ARLA or MARLA or eqv. qualified
Previous lettings/property management experience
Previous valuing experience
Knowledge of Goodlord and/or Fixflo
