Role: Cinnabon Assistant ManagerLocation: Wanstead, E12 5HH **NEW STORE OPENING!**Hours: Full-Time 30 Hours Contract AvailableHourly Rate: £10.80 per hourBonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive!What will my role look like As a Cinnabon Assistant Manager you will work hand in hand with our General Manager to inspire & motivate the team, to encourage them to deliver exceptional customer service and also help drive the profitability of the store! As our storesare so popular and busy, we need strong management teams to ensure the stores run efficiently and achieve set goals. You will also be involved in stock takes, deliveries, banking / finance duties and you will assist in the training and development of the team.You will utilize your motivational and leadership skills to engage with the team to ensure a fast, friendly and heavenly experience is delivered to customers. You will be rolling your sleeves up to get involved with the making, baking and frosting of ourfamous Cinnabon products & beverages.
