I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Quality Assurance Manager for their branch in the area. The Company: The client is a fantastic nationwide domiciliary care company and is continuously growing. The client is an established franchise set up company with over 80 branches nationwide that offers support to the elderly and disabled in their own homes. They have different divisions to what they do but are leading the way with the quality of care they provide!The Branch/The role: This is a branch that has doubled in size since February! They are providing 2500+ hours of care per week. They are looking to increase the hours delivered quickly but not at the detriment of the quality of care by 20% in the next 6 months.In this role you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of the service delivered while the branch remains growing.You will focus on handling complaints, monitoring staff out in the field and devising and implementing KPI’s.The Person: You will be a strong & experienced Quality Assurance Manager within the domiciliary sector. You will have a passion for quality and a keen eye for detail.
