Job Description

Estate Agent Senior Floating Branch Manager

  • Are you a Branch Manager wanting more
  • Are you a high performing Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or strong Lister wanting to progress
  • Are you a DYNAMIC and INSPIRATIONAL leader of people
  • On target earnings on offer of £50,000 - £55,000+
  • £30,000 basic salary plus a Company Car or Car Allowance
  • 33 days paid holiday (including 8 Bank Holidays)
    • You will spend circa. 3 to 6 months in a Floating Senior Branch Managers role covering various offices in South and West Essex and East London borders where you will be working in conjunction with and covering for existing Branch Managers in their absence along with driving listings in various offices. This will be with a view to taking the helm of your own office once available and will provide you with an excellent grounding within the company.Estate Agent Floating Branch Manager
