Job Description

Empowering Learning are looking for a resilient ASD Teacher to join one of our diverse specialist schools in the Walsall area.The current schools need someone who will strive to create a respectful, safe, positive learning environment where the dignity and growth of pupils is your highest priority. You will be working with a broad spectrum of special needs such as PMLD, SLD/MLD,ADHD and behavioural needs.The ideal candidate needs…- Qualified Teacher Statues (QTS) or a relevant qualification.- Positive and passionate about working in a specialist provision, SEN school or with special needs pupils.- To be able to collaborate with Support Staff to create a nurturing environment.- Provide specialised teaching and support pupils needs.- Develop and differentiate the curriculum to the needs of the class and individual pupils to allow pupils to thrive.Experience:- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a preschool or early childhood education setting- Familiarity with tutoring or providing additional support to students with diverse learning needs- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleaguesWhy work with Empowering Learning- You will receive a competitive daily wage, based on your experience.- You will receive free up to date safe guarding training.- Dedicated consultant allocated to support you with any questions or concerns.- Refer a Friend scheme.- Training workshops and CPD courses to provide professional development.If youre interested in this role, please get in touch with Maddison on or submit your CV.Empowering Learning Ltd. are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of children and young people and expect all staff to show this commitment.
