Customer Service AdvisorsPay: £13.02 per hour, 37 hours per weekLocation: Civic Centre - hybrid after trainingLength: 3 months4 positions available!Passionate about customer serviceAre you immediately available to start roleThis could be the start of your next role as a Customer Service Advisor!Opus People Solutions have an exciting opportunity available on behalf of Walsall Council for Customer Service Advisors to join their Contact Centre.As Customer Service Advisor you will act as a first point of contact for customers, enabling effective resolution of customer requests and aim in delivering a service which enable customers to increasingly self-serve.Duties will include answering customer contacts through a variety of channels, providing the best customer experience, maintaining accurate and up to date records, providing clerical support when required and taking payments in accordance with the councilsrules and regulations.We are looking for individuals who are passionate about being helpful, understanding and empowering customers by delivering a responsive and transparent in the service.Suitable candidates for the role will have proven experience within a fast paced, customer facing environment, such as contact centres, GP surgeries, Schools, or retail. Excellent verbal and communication skills are vital, along with a desire to learn, maintainexcellent service delivery and remain calm and accurate, with a strong attention to detail when under working pressure or facing challenging situations.This position is offered on a initial 3 month temporary basis, based on 37 hours per week full time at the rate of £13.02 per hour.If you feel you have the relevant experience to succeed in this position, please apply now!Required skills
