We are a service-oriented team aimed at providing extraordinary experiences to thousands of TJX associates, business partners, and application delivery teams across the portfolio. As a Senior IT SupportEngioneer In this team leader role, you will be responsible for driving exceptional IT service levels throughout our UK Processing Centres. You will be responsible for the implementation and support of Supply Chain technologies You will be working within theGlobal IT Function, within I&O Service Delivery tower. You will be required to provide onsite technical incident support for our supply chain technology, and collaborate on technology engineering, administration, and maintenance activities. You will collaboratewith Global IT teams to escalate and triage business critical incidents on site. You will partner with internal customers, Global IT teams and 3rd party vendors on medium to high complexity technology support/solutions. You will participate and take a leadingrole in IT Supply Chain Agile project planning sessions and take responsibility for the delivery of project related activities within your area. You will facilitate and communicate IT initiatives to internal business customers and ensure IT service qualitystandards are met. Act as a point of escalation for business customers and be able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences. You will be required to support other team members with their learning and development and provide coaching / mentoringto junior members of the team. What you’ll need We seek creative, customer-focused individuals with strong problem solving and technical skillset, able to set priorities and a mindset for continuous improvement. A strong candidate would possess: Strong technicalIT support skills within a Supply Chain environment Experience within IT Service Operations (ITIL) including incident, problem and change management. Experience with leading on IT initiatives such as hardware deployments/co-ordinating upgrades Experience inpartnering with and managing 3rd party IT services Exposure in supporting the following technology: Supply chain warehouse technology Desktop/thin clients Physical server support Communication / Telephony technology Networking technologies Server room rackingand data cabling standards Asset management and hardware lifecycle Diagnostics and trouble shooting IT related issues. Exposure to a fast paced operational / supply chain environment. Experience in coaching / mentoring others Strong written and verbal communicationskills Nice to Have: Service Now Experience, Agile Project methodology and a strong understanding of Global IT teams / functions would be beneficial to this role. Working Hours Core hours are 9am – 5pm but will require some flexibility due to the responsibilitiesof this role. The associate will be required to be part of the team on-call rota providing support for business critical incidents only. Travel This role is based in one location however we will require travel to other TJX facilities on an occasional basisfor ad hoc support, team meetings etc Discovery is at the centre of everything we do.
