Job Description

Job Title: Sales Administrator (Export Sales)Location: WalsallSalary: Up to £26,000Job Type: Full-timeAbout the Company:Our client is a prominent food manufacturer with a strong presence both nationally and internationally. Known for their commitment to quality and innovation, they are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team in Walsall.Responsibilities:Calling Warm Leads:Pro actively engage with warm leads to understand needs and promote products.Proactive Approach:Demonstrate a proactive mindset in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.Supporting the Sales Team:Collaborate with the sales team, sharing insights to enhance the sales approach.Upselling Products:Implement upselling strategies to maximize sales revenue.Identifying Regular Products:Familiarize yourself with regular products and provide information to meet customer needs.Answering Everyday Calls:Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, addressing inquiries and providing information.Organizing Transport:Coordinate transportation logistics for product delivery to meet customer expectations.Negotiating Prices on Supplies:Engage in price negotiations with suppliers for cost-effective procurement of supplies.Ordering Supplies:Take responsibility for ordering necessary supplies and monitoring stock levels.Admin Support for Production:Provide administrative assistance to the production team, ensuring seamless operations.First Point of Call:Act as the initial point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, directing inquiries appropriately.Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.Qualifications:Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing or related industry.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.If you feel you have the required skills for this position then please apply today.
