Repairs Manager - Specialist Works and ProjectsLocation: Walsall, West Midlands Salary: £44, 950 - £47, 271 per annum plus £1000 p/a car allowance (plus excellent benefits)The Vacancy Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per weekClosing Date: 7 January 2024Interview Date: 18 January 2024Do you have experience working across a range of maintenance work streams, such as Housing Condition compliance, Damp and Mould remediation and refurbishment works Are you an experienced people manager, looking to take that next step in your careerIf so, we have the role for you!We’re looking for a Repairs Manager to manage the day to day operational running of our Specialist Repairs and Projects Team carrying out work streams including Legal Disrepair, Damp and Mould remediation, Disabled Adaptations and Kitchen and Bathroom replacements.You’ll also oversee our Out of Hours service.Reporting directly to our Assistant Director of Home Maintenance Services, you’ll ensure the high standard of delivery of our specialist maintenance services for customers, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, and to a high standard, ensuring key performancetargets and Housing Condition standards are met.We’ll need you to have a strong understanding of the aforementioned work streams as well as experience working with them. You’ll need to have a BTEC/ HNC in Building Studies, or equivalent experience within the construction industry.
