Job Description

Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a professional organisation in the Aldridge area who are seeking a Marketing Executive to start immedately. The role is fully office based and the hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.Duties and tasks will include:

  • Maximise opportunities and profitable sales with fair trading.
  • Content creation:
    • Writing compelling press releases collaboratively with our PR agency.
    • Create engaging blogs and captivating case studies.
    • Assist with the design and creation of eye-catching brochures.
    • Email marketing; from email building to crafting compelling content and sending.
  • Record and report key performance information, delve into analytics, and suggest improvements.
  • Provide valuable competitor analysis to support recommendations for improvements.
  • Social media:
    • Creating social media schedules and designing graphics to support them.
    • Take ownership of managing our social media community.
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities for business and personal growth.
  • Step up to the plate for any additional duties as requested and within your capabilities.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge about our business.
  • Undertake any required training to stay at the forefront of marketing innovation.
  • Maintain a customer focus and achieve all goals and targets.
  • Uphold requirements for quality.
  • Create/follow processes and procedures to meet objectives.
